Operation of Utilities
- Operate and monitor:
- Boiler / Thermic Fluid Heater
- Cooling Tower
- Air Compressor
- Chilling Plant (if applicable)
- DG Set (Diesel Generator)
- Water pumps & storage systems
- Ensure continuous supply of steam, air, water, and power.
Monitoring & Control
- Record and monitor parameters:
- Pressure, temperature
- Water level
- Flow rate
- Fuel consumption
- Maintain log sheets (hourly/daily).
Maintenance Support
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance.
- Identify leaks, abnormal noise, vibration.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns.
Water & Chemical Handling
- Monitor water treatment systems (RO/Softener/DM plant).
- Maintain proper chemical dosing (boiler chemicals, cooling chemicals).
- Ensure water quality standards are maintained.
