Job Summary:
We are looking for Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Provide accurate information to customers
- Resolve queries effectively
- Maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Any Degree (Pursuing/Completed)
- Good communication in Tamil
- Age: Up to 35
Interview Process: Direct HR Round (Face-to-Face)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
