Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and develop accord-building strategies and methodologies.
- Provide expert feedback on ongoing fragrance formulations.
- Define and refine the olfactory direction and brand identity.
- Train and mentor the R&D; team on:
- Raw materials and ingredient understanding
- Blending techniques
- Fragrance balance, projection, and diffusion
- Review, evaluate, and optimize R&D; workflows and processes.
- Ensure all developments align with brand quality standards and long-term goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the fragrance/perfumery industry.
- Robust experience in fine fragrance development.
- Proven expertise in building fragrance accords from scratch (not just using bases).
- Solid understanding of raw materials and fragrance composition.
- Excellent mentoring, training, and communication skills.
- Hands-on practical experience in perfumery is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
