1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Drive high-value sales (gold, diamond, bridal collections)
- Monitor conversion rates and average bill value
- Plan promotions and festive offers

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ensure exceptional in-store customer experience
- Build long-term relationships with premium clients
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups

3. Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage stock levels (gold, diamond, silver, etc.)
- Ensure proper tracking of high-value items
- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize shrinkage
- Coordinate with suppliers and head office for replenishment

4. Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
- Ensure visual merchandising and display standards
- Maintain cleanliness, security, and ambience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal norms

5. Team Management & Training




- Supervise and motivate sales staff
- Conduct training on product knowledge and selling skills
- Set individual targets and track performance
- Manage staff scheduling and attendance

6. Financial Management
- Monitor daily cash flow and billing accuracy
- Control expenses and maximize profitability
- Ensure proper handling of cash, POS, and invoices

7. Security & Risk Management
- Ensure safety of high-value jewellery stock
- Monitor CCTV and security protocols
- Prevent theft, fraud, and losses

8. Marketing & Local Promotion
- Plan local marketing campaigns and events
- Coordinate with marketing team for brand promotions
- Build partnerships with local influencers or wedding planners

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
