Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manners.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
Required:
- Good communication skills in local language(Bengali & Hindi)
- Clear voice and good listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills).
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
