Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree in Food Technology/ Food Science & Technology.

Experience: Min. 1 to 2 Years required in Food Industry. In Spice industry more preferred.
- Responsible to Handling QA/QC Activities in the Plant.
- To Monitor the Process of Food Production line on Quality Point of View.
- Ensure the Sampling SOP Followed for sampling all spices RM & PM, Physical checks, on time Sensory Evaluation.
- Have knowledge of Certifications like HACCP, HALAL, Kosher, APEDA, FSSAI, BRCGS etc.
- Ensure the Process & Product control verification, Validation, Field Quality Assurance. On time reporting when deviation occure.
- Ensure the on time Quality Clearance of RM, PM, SFG & FG.
- Should have knowledge of QA/QC Related Documents.
- Develop when required.



Able to Provide Training to the Workforce.
- Have Knowledge of Laboratory Testing & can be able to perform Testing of all Spices.
- Support Investigation of Customer complaints by providing data & records.
- Able to Perform Internal Audits.
- Have good Computer Skills, Data Interpretation & Management.
- Always be open to perform supporting role for current task/work.
- Should have Flexibility to work in Shift.
- Responsibilities & Accountabilities may very depending upon the work.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
