- Checking fire panel for proper working of smoke dictators.
- Checking operation of left and checking battery voltage.
- Checking invertors and ups for battery voltage.
- Checking running of motors and filling water tanks daily.
- Checking functioning of electronic equipment inc. Biometric equipment
- Setting up of meeting rooms for conferences viz, projector, vc conf
