Job Title: Wi-Fi Installation Technician / Engineer

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Wi-Fi Installation Technician to handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of wireless networking systems at customer locations. The role involves fieldwork, basic networking knowledge, and troubleshooting connectivity issues to ensure secure and high-quality internet service.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Wi-Fi routers, access points, and modems
- Perform site surveys to determine optimal Wi-Fi coverage
- Run and manage LAN cables (CAT5/CAT6) when required
- Troubleshoot internet, router, and connectivity issues
- Test network speed, signal strength, and performance
- Provide basic customer training on Wi-Fi usage
- Coordinate with ISP or backend support teams
- Maintain installation and service reports





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of networking (IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience with Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Ability to troubleshoot network and connectivity problems
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
- Basic understanding of cabling and tools
- Good communication and customer-handling skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / BE / BTech (ECE, EEE, IT, or related field)
- Freshers with basic networking knowledge can apply
- Prior field installation experience is an added advantage
