Autism Center of Excellence is a premier autism therapy organization headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We specialize in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-16, delivering care in a child-centered and family-focused setting. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our recruitment team to attract high-quality clinical professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians (BTs), across multiple US locations.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter - Healthcare & ABA Staffing to support our expanding clinical workforce. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment for ABA and healthcare roles, develop strong talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and hire qualified BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians (BTs) for clinics across the United States.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and staffing timelines.




- Guide and support junior recruiters by sharing best practices in healthcare and ABA recruitment.
- Stay informed on ABA industry trends, state licensing requirements, and competitive hiring practices.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in US non-IT staffing, with preferred exposure to healthcare, ABA, or mental health recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring clinical professionals such as BCBAs, RBTs, BTs, or related healthcare roles.
- Robust sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple openings, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring or training junior recruiters is an added advantage.
- Availability to work US time zones (India night shift).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and Outlook.
