- Play a crucial role in shaping the development process, driving the success of our projects, and delivering high-quality products to our customers.
- Gauge stakeholder satisfaction with the project's progress and outcomes through regular feedback sessions
- Evaluate metrics using sprint velocity, burndown chart, and assist with release planning.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyse and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.




- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery by providing transparent and actionable insights.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate solutions before deployment.

- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles.
