Power Platform Solution Architect

Location: Bangalore (On-site / Hybrid as per project)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, along with strong understanding of security, governance, and scalability, particularly for commercial lending and enterprise business solutions.

You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define architecture standards, guide delivery teams, and ensure solutions align with enterprise IT, security, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform architectures

(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Define solution architecture aligned with enterprise IT standards and governance models:
- Establish environment strategy, security model, and deployment patterns




- Guide development teams on best practices, performance optimization, and scalability:
- Design secure integrations using Azure services, APIs, and connectors:
- Lead solution workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with security, RBAC, data governance, and regulatory standards:
- Oversee ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
- Create and maintain architecture, integration, and design documentation:
- Support production deployments and architectural reviews

Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform architecture:
- Robust expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven):
- Power Automate:
- Power BI:
- Dataverse:
- Deep understanding of security models, RBAC, environment strategy, and governance:
- Experience with Azure integrations, REST APIs, and authentication mechanism
