Responsibilities:
1 Pick customer orders accurately from shelves or racks.

2 Scan products and update order status using devices/app.

3 Pack items safely, following packing standards.

4 Verify product quality, expiry, and quantities before dispatch.

5 Maintain cleanliness inside the warehouse/dark store.

6 Assist in stock management and report low-stock items.

7 Coordinate with dispatch/delivery teams for timely orders.

8 Follow warehouse safety guidelines and SOPs.

1 Minimum education: 10th pass / 12th pass.

2 Physically fit; able to lift 10-15 kg.

3 Basic ability to read labels and use a smartphone.

4 Experience in warehouse/retail/logistics preferred.

5 Willing to work in rotational shifts.
