Role Summary:
- Opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in tool room operations
- Work closely with senior engineers in tool manufacturing and maintenance
- Learn practical aspects of progressive tool and die making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of progressive tools and dies
- Support tool room activities like fitting, grinding, drilling, and tool assembly
- Read and follow basic engineering drawings and instructions
- Assist in development and modification of tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies
- Support CNC and machine shop teams during trials and corrections
- Maintain tooling components and ensure proper storage
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE properly
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the tool room
- Coordinate with Tool Room, Production, and Quality teams

Educational Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making / Mechanical Engineering

Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of tool room operations
- Ability to read engineering drawings (basic level)
- Understanding of machining processes
- Willingness to learn and grow in manufacturing
- Teamwork and disciplined approach
