Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad options (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, etc.)
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries:
- Explain admission requirements, visa processes, timelines, and costs clearly
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner institutions
- Handle student visa documentation and filing (checklists, financials, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM / MIS systems:
- Follow up with leads, ensure conversion from inquiry to enrollment:
- Stay updated with visa rules, embassy guidelines, and education trends:
- Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate (any discipline)




- 1-2 years of experience as a Study Visa Counselor or Education Consultant
- Strong knowledge of student visa processes and admission procedures:
- Valuable communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple students and meet deadlines
- Customer-oriented and result-driven approach

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Canada / UK / Australia student visas:
- SOP editing or guidance experience
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Strong counseling and convincing skills
