Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create engaging reels and short-form videos for social media.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Develop creative ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with the design team for visuals and creatives.
- Write captions and copy aligned with brand tone and messaging.
- Track and report post-performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers).
- Research social media trends and competitor content.
- Support influencer collaborations and online engagement activities.

Requirements:
- Robust understanding of social media trends and content styles.
- Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Canva, or basic video editing tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
