Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-caller to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, promoting products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities of Everyday:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Explain products/services and persuade customers to make a purchase or book services.
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and outcomes.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Update CRM systems with accurate information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and Marathi).
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Experience:
- Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer support.
