The organization is committed to saving lives by delivering timely emergency medical services and improving healthcare accessibility in urban and rural areas.
- Receive incoming emergency and non-emergency calls from patients and hospitals.
- Collect accurate information about patient condition and location.
- Dispatch ambulances quickly by coordinating with drivers and medical staff.
- Track ambulance status and provide timely updates to callers.




- Maintain call records and data with valuable typing speed and accuracy.
- Understand instructions, addresses, and medical details with good reading skills.
- Handle billing queries, complaints, and customer support professionally.
- Provide polite, calm, and empathetic communication during emergencies.
- Follow company protocols and emergency response procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
