Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
- Handle manpower planning and workforce supervision
- Coordinate with different departments like Quality, Maintenance, and Stores
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery and resources
- Implement safety guidelines and maintain a safe working workplace
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage





Requirements:
- Experience in valves and fittings industry will prefer:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing setup
- Good knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
