We are looking for experienced legal professionals with expert knowledge in drafting and land mutation matters.
Position: Legal Associate / Advocate
No. of Vacancies: 2 (1 Male & 1 Female)
Requirements:
- Must be B.A. LL.B (Hons.) qualified:
- Handling mutation cases, land conversion, and ROR-related work
- Practical experience in Mutation, BL&LRO; procedures, and Land Records (West Bengal):
- Solid expertise in legal drafting (Agreements, Affidavits, Deeds, etc.)
- Good knowledge of local land laws and documentation
- Ability to handle client matters independently
Preferred:
- Prior experience in property/land-related legal work
- Familiarity with Banglar Bhumi portal & mutation processes
