Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Mechanical Assistant to support the engineering team in the assembly, fabrication, and maintenance of robotic systems and mechanical components. The role involves hands-on work in mechanical assembly, soldering, testing, and supporting engineers in day-to-day project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers in mechanical assembly and installation of robotic systems and components.
- Support soldering, basic wiring, and component fixing during system assembly.
- Help in fabrication, drilling, fitting, and workshop-related activities.
- Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Support prototyping of mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Help in product assembly, machine setup, and system integration.
- Maintain tools, spare parts,



and materials inventory required for projects.
- Assist in preparing basic documentation, checklists, and BOM support.
- Ensure workshop safety and quality standards are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma or related field.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and workshop practices.
- Knowledge of soldering, basic wiring, and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and mechanical components.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.

Good to Have:
- Experience in robotics, automation systems, or machine assembly.
- Basic exposure to CAD software such as SolidWorks.
- Experience in workshop work, fabrication, or prototyping.
