We are looking for a ERP Executiveto join our team at Shreeji Garments.

At Shreeji, we are 90% knit based and are looking for an excellent addition to our product development team We want a core team member to act as a liaison between our designers, buyers and tech heads to deliver the right fabric at the right time

Job Title:ERP Executive

Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:1 - 3+ years’ experience in ERP system management, specifically within the fashion or apparel manufacturing industry.

Software Knowledge:Hands-on knowledge of ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, etc.

Technical Skills:Proficient in SQL and database management.

Industry Knowledge:Deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes (cutting, sewing, finishing, shipping).

Analytical Skills:Robust ability to analyze data, resolve issues, and create reports.

Salary:As per market terms. Negotiable based on experience.

Location:Regent Garments and Apparel Park, Block - 6, 1st Floor, Barasat, West Bengal, Pin - 700125.





Job responsibilities for ERP Executive:
- System Maintenance:Ensure the ERP system runs smoothly, conducting necessary updates, troubleshooting user issues, and customizing software modules.
- Production Monitoring:Daily tracking of garment production metrics, including fabric in-house, cutting quantities, sewing input/output lines, washing, and finishing, PO wise.
- Inventory & Data Control:Oversee material inventory levels, ensuring accurate data integrity for raw materials, accessories, and finished goods in the store.
- Coordination & Training:Train staff on ERP usage, bridge the gap between production floors and management, and generate production reports.

Process Optimization:Implement ERP solutions to track multi-rate pricing, discounts, and bill revisions.
