- Manage Fitout Activities: Oversee all fitout activities within individual residential units, ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety protocols.
- Coordination and Supervision: Coordinate and supervise fitout works such as civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry activities inside residents' flats.
- Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, ensure quality standards are maintained, and manage labor passes and site security checks.
- Client Communication: Act as a point of contact between residents, vendors, security team, and the site management, addressing resident queries promptly.
