As an Electrical Revit Modeler, your primary responsibility is to create and maintain detailed 3D models of electrical systems using Autodesk Revit software. Your work will be integral to the design, coordination, and documentation of electrical systems for construction projects. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate and productive modeling of electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
3D Modeling: Create and maintain detailed 3D models of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, using Autodesk Revit software.

Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate integration and coordination of electrical systems within the overall building design.

Design Development: Translate design concepts and engineering specifications into accurate Revit models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

System Analysis:



Perform clash detection and system analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building components.

Documentation: Generate accurate and up-to-date construction documentation, including electrical drawings, schedules, and bill of materials, based on the Revit models.

Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy of models and drawings, ensuring that they meet project requirements and quality standards.

Software Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Autodesk Revit and other relevant software tools.

Communication: Maintain effective communication with project teams, offering solutions and recommendations for optimizing electrical systems design.

Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance modeling efficiency.
