JOB DESCRIPTION

Upon receiving a request for support, this team will initiate discussion with the user, understand the requirements and details of the event and provide the best possible technical solution.

EPM will Set-up, start, and monitor Managed Meetings/Webinar/Events with the tools and techniques available. They would define Roles and Responsibilities for each event and include others in the team to perform these roles. Ex:
- of few Roles, Producer for the event, Managing camera control for a managed space, and other activities to be performed during the Live event. Send out the post event/meeting information/details to the requestors.

They would also involve necessary stakeholders from the cross functional/cross regional teams across the organization to provide the experience that will be simple for the organizers to conduct the event.





The team will work on 24 x 5 shift and provide global coverage.

1. Monitor the team’s queue for any incoming request.

2. Acknowledge the request.

3. Collect information regarding the event/meeting/webinar.

4. Evaluate and include necessary stakeholders. (transfer/include boots on ground)

5. Propose the solution to the user.

6. Set-up the meeting.

7. Provide necessary support.

8. Share the post event details with the requestor.

9. Provide training to users on existing collaboration tools, room systems.

10. Manage and monitor the team calendar.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
