Job Title: Production Incharge - Digital Printing (Viscose, Bemberg & Natural Fabrics)

Job Summary

The Production Incharge will be responsible for managing end-to-end production operations in a digital printing setup, specifically for viscose, Bemberg, and other natural fabrics. The role involves production planning, quality control, team supervision, and ensuring timely delivery with optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities for digital fabric printing.
- Handle production of viscose, Bemberg, and other natural fabrics with focus on quality output.
- Supervise printing, steaming, washing, and finishing processes.
- Ensure proper color matching, print quality, and design accuracy.
- Manage and coordinate with machine operators, helpers, and production staff.
- Optimize machine utilization and minimize wastage and rework.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and delivery schedules.
- Monitor fabric quality, defects,



and process improvements.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain production reports, records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of digital têxtile printing processes.
- Experience in handling viscose, Bemberg, and natural fabrics.
- Understanding of color management, fabric behavior, and printing techniques.
- Ability to manage teams and production targets efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills for handling production issues.
- Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting tools.

Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Textile Engineering or related field preferred.
- Relevant hands-on experience in digital fabric printing units.

Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in têxtile production, preferably in digital printing.

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
