About the role:
This role works closely with the founder on growth-critical projects that are planned for the next six months. You will be working directly with the founders on the projects. Expect a lot of on-the-go learning and opportunities to shape strategy for a category-building startup.

The day-to-day responsibilities would include:
1. Creating the community partner program.

2. Growing and managing the community partner program across Gurugram and preparing to launch in Noida by Q3.

3. Preparing for fundraise readiness.

4. Engaging potential investment-oriented stakeholders.

5. Defining and setting up the right customer experience.

6. Maintaining and publishing MIS reports.

- You will work from our office at Sector 51, Gurugram. Our work timings are 9 AM - 6 PM (for broad understanding) and 6 days a week work model.
- You will be working with me on various projects across all possible verticals within the business.



Something like a Generalist - dipping hands in every other possible function.
- You are expected to come with excellent communication (both written and verbal).
- While there will be clarity on what you will do in routine, expect some (to a lot) of ambiguity as we traverse our path to fundraise (goal is to raise within next 6 months).

Hiring Process:
- Round 1 will be an overview on what to expect from the role and answer all your questions.
- If our interests and goals align, you will be expected to make a brief presentation on a topic you will pick-up during the discussion.
- The presentation can be scheduled within a couple of days. If there is synergy of thoughts, we start immediately.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
