Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the selection process for frames and lenses. Sales Transactions: Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer information. Product Knowledge: Provide information about different lens types, frame materials, and coatings. Frame and Lens Adjustments: Perform basic adjustments and fittings to ensure glasses are comfortable and properly positioned. Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and organizing current stock, maintaining a fully stocked store, and managing eyewear orders. Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and presentable. Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, manage paperwork, and handle customer inquiries.
