Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who want to build a career in the solar industry. The intern will assist in generating leads, conducting site visits, and promoting rooftop solar solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential residential & commercial customers
- Conduct field visits and explain solar installation benefits
- Generate leads and support sales conversion
- Maintain daily activity and lead reports
- Coordinate with the technical team for site assessments

Eligibility:
- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Basic understanding of solar energy (preferred but not mandatory)

Stipend:
Performance-based stipend + Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
