Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and dealers
- Promote company products and services to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction
- Handle client queries and provide timely solutions
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in HVAC or technical products)
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
