Role: Sales & Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for SaaS and payment processing solutions
- Support the sales process including lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversions
- Provide product information, demos, and assist clients in understanding solutions
- Manage onboarding and provide post-sales support to ensure smooth client experience
- Address customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and support interactions
- Work with international clients aligned with EST working hours

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-3+ years of experience in sales, support, or customer-facing roles (Freshers can apply)
- Fluent communication in English is mandatory (spoken and written)




- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle both sales and support tasks
- Self-driven and willing to learn in a fast-paced workplace
- Comfortable working with global clients and night shifts (EST hours)

Preferred Skills
- Experience or knowledge in SaaS, fintech, or payment processing:
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
