Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery as per production requirements
- Assist in batch processing, mixing, filling, or packaging activities
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines
- Perform basic machine checks and report any malfunction to the supervisor
- Maintain daily production records and logs
- Support senior operators and production team as required
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety policies

Eligibility Criteria
- Education:



ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th Pass (preferred)
- Experience: 1-3 years in manufacturing/chemical plant (preferred)

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of machine operations
- Understanding of safety procedures in a factory environment
- Physically fit and able to work in a production setup
- Teamwork and coordination skills
- Basic reading and writing skills for maintaining records
