Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales
- Age: 18-30 years
- Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree completed)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Should have their own 2 wheeler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and track performance
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
