1. Job Purpose

Lab Bike Rider ka primary objective patients ke ghar, clinics, hospitals aur collection centers se medical samples ko safely aur timely collect karke laboratory tak prescribed temperature conditions me pahunchana hai, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Assigned locations se medical samples (blood, urine, swab, etc.) collect karna.
- Samples ko proper storage conditions (ice box / temperature-controlled container) me transport karna.
- Pickup aur delivery ka accurate documentation maintain karna.
- Infection control, hygiene aur safety protocols ka strictly palan karna.
- Route planning aur time management ensure karna for timely deliveries.
- Bike aur transport equipment ki safai aur maintenance ka dhyaan rakhna.
- Supervisor ke instructions ke anusaar emergency ya urgent pickups handle karna.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License (mandatory)
- Own Bike (preferred)
- Basic smartphone handling knowledge
- Local area knowledge

4. Required Skills & Competencies
- Time management skills
- Basic documentation skills
- Professional and polite communication
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines
- Responsible & disciplined behavior

5. Experience
- 0-2 years (Healthcare / Lab / Delivery experience preferred)

6. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month (as per experience & city)
- Fuel Allowance / 3 Per Km
- Mobile Allowance

7. Working Conditions
- Field-based role

- Outdoor travel within assigned city area
