Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Maintain accurate records of communications, disputes, and payment statuses
- Assist in allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Support the preparation of aging reports and credit control summaries
- Help resolve invoice queries and disputes in coordination with sales and operations teams
- Assist in setting up new customer accounts and performing basic credit checks
- Escalate high-risk or long-outstanding accounts to senior team members
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures
- Support month-end closing activities related to receivables

Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of accounting and accounts receivable processes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy




- Ability to manage follow-ups in a polite but firm manner
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
- Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus
- Good organizational and time-management skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
