About the Role

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Market Research Analysts. In this role, you will identify, engage, and connect with professionals across various industries to support international client research projects.

Compensation Structure
- Monthly earnings based on the volume and quality of successful submissions:
- Additional performance-based incentives for milestone achievements
- Detailed compensation breakdown shared during the hiring process

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach industry professionals through approved outreach channels
- Screen and evaluate experts according to project criteria
- Maintain accurate data records and documentation
- Ensure timely submission of qualified profiles
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet quality and deadline expectations

Requirements:




- 6 months to 2 years of experience in research, recruitment, sourcing, or lead generation (preferred)
- Updated and professional LinkedIn profile:
- Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer
- Fresh graduates with robust communication skills are encouraged to apply
