Position Summary

Seeking a Junior Architect with 2+ years of experience to lead early-stage creativity through Concept Design and iterative Design Development. The role integrates software mastery—AutoCAD for precision, SketchUp for modeling, Photoshop for visuals—while advancing projects from ideation to detailed execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Concept Design by brainstorming initial ideas, creating mood boards in Photoshop, and developing preliminary SketchUp massing models based on client briefs and site analysis.
- Advance Design Development through iterative refinements, coordinating multiple design options in SketchUp, producing detailed AutoCAD plans/elevations, and integrating client/stakeholder feedback for feasibility.
- Generate accurate 2D/3D drawings in AutoCAD, including schematic designs, floor plans, sections, and construction details compliant with NBC and local Building bylaws.
- Produce Creative renderings and presentations in Photoshop, enhancing SketchUp exports with lighting, materials, textures,



and branding for client approvals during concept and development phases.
- Collaborate on design charrettes, presenting concepts via SketchUp walkthroughs and Photoshop montages, while evolving schemes through value engineering and sustainability checks.
- Conduct site surveys, translating findings into CAD updates and SketchUp revisions to inform design development iterations.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation: BOQs, material schedules, and tender drawings in AutoCAD, supported by Photoshop visuals for design narrative continuity.
- Support senior architects in design reviews, ensuring seamless progression from concept sketches to developed working drawings.
- Contribute to project narratives, using Photoshop to craft visual stories that communicate design intent from conception through development.

Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Arch from COA-recognized institution with minimum 2 years in concept-to-construction workflows at an arch
