Job description
- Handle entire store operation
- Should focus on making the store profitable and cut down costs
- Flexible in time and work, based on the requirement
- Prepare appropriate merchandise mix for store as per customer requirement
- Identify stock gaps on regular intervals
- Identify various opportunities to increase foot-falls at the store
- Should be able to give feedback to marketing and merchandise team on consumer behavior and reasons for non-purchase
- Responsible for achieving Top Line and Bottom Line
- Must have technical skills.
- Any12th Graduate or any professional man in this work will be positive.
- Able to handle the store.
- Must have communication skills.
