We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International BPO Executives to join our growing team. The role involves interacting with international customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls or chats for international clients
- Communicate clearly and professionally with global customers
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
- Follow company processes and quality guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts / night shifts
- Robust listening and problem-solving skills

Experience:
- Freshers can apply
- 6 months-2 years of International BPO experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
