Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of physical automation projects
- Support the development and optimization of control systems to improve automation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of manufacturing initiatives
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to maintain world-class production standards
- Document processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program or equivalent experience in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of mechatronics and control systems
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or project involvement in factory automation or smart manufacturing
- Knowledge of programming languages used in automation (e.g., PLC, Python)
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols
