and orders.Prepare and maintain accurate sales order entries in EXCEL DATA SHEET.Provide timely updates to customers on order status,dispatch details, and technical queries (as directed by thesales/technical team).Maintain a database of standard quotations, machine configurations, and price lists.Ensure all paperwork complies with company policies and customer requirements.Update customer records and follow-ups in the EXCEL DATA SHEET.Track customer satisfaction and feedback.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
