FOR PART TIME, TIMING WILL BE 04:00 PM TO 10:00PM &WORKING; DAYS WILL BE MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY

FOR FULL -TIME THE JOB DESCRIPTION:
Dispensing & Patient Care
- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.
- Counsel patients on dosage, administration, storage, and possible side effects.
- Ensure rational use of medicines and prevent medication errors.
- Verify prescriptions for appropriateness, dose, interactions, and allergies.

Inventory & Store Management
- Maintain adequate stock levels of medicines, consumables, and emergency drugs.
- Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, cold chain).
- Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, and recalls.
- Maintain narcotic and psychotropic drugs as per NDPS regulations.

Clinical & Hospital Support
- Support doctors and nurses with drug-related information.




- Ensure availability of crash cart and emergency medications.
- Participate in antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety initiatives.
- Assist during audits, inspections, and accreditation processes (NABH, statutory).

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and logbooks accurately.
- Ensure compliance with Drug & Cosmetics Act and hospital SOPs.
- Report adverse drug reactions (ADR) and medication incidents.

Quality & Safety
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement programs and training sessions.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical pharmacy practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
