Planning:
- Plan recipes based on raw material availability and production schedule; obtain approval from Lab Manager.

Operations
- Ensure sampling, analysis, and quick checks are conducted as per SOPs.
- Review analysis results, in-process and final product quality, and initiate corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate sample rejections and approvals with Lab Manager.
- Ensure instruments, reagents, and chemicals are available, standardized, calibrated, and within validity.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and ensure effective laboratory housekeeping (5S).

Administration
- Maintain statutory records, documents, and asset registers.
- Ensure discipline, administrative controls, and smooth laboratory operations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies (fire, gas leaks, reactions) with proper communication and documentation.





Quality & Safety
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, zero product rejection, and recipe verification.
- Enforce safety standards, PPE compliance, safety training, and emergency preparedness.
- Prioritize FP and raw material analysis and plan instrument calibration to avoid downtime.
- Plan manpower based on workload.

Experience
- 03 to 05 Years

Education
- B.sc or M.sc chemistry
