Overview: The Sales Promotion Executive is responsible for increasing admissions, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility for the coaching centre. The role involves engaging with students and parents, conducting promotional activities, and ensuring a positive representation of the institution in the local community. Key Responsibilities: - Promote the coaching centre’s courses, programmes, and events to prospective students and parents. - Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, school visits, and community outreach. - Participate in and organise promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, education fairs, and open-house events. - Maintain positive relationships with schools, colleges, tuition centres, and local organisations. - Counsel students and parents about available courses, admission procedures, and career pathways. - Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets set by the management. - Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. - Develop and distribute marketing materials (flyers, posters, digital content) as needed.



- Provide feedback from the market to the management team to improve offerings. - Support social media and digital marketing campaigns when required. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and academic partners. - Confidence in public speaking and conducting promotional activities. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems. - A self‑motivated and target‑oriented mindset. - Prior experience in sales, counselling, or education marketing is an advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
