Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to manage daily administrative operations, patient communication, medical record handling, and CRM updates within a rapid-paced healthcare environment.

This position requires strong multitasking abilities, professional communication skills, and experience working with medical records, billing processes, and legal documentation support.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update CRM systems, including:
- Payment statuses
- Medical record statuses
- Exam report updates
- Reduction requests
- Respond to reduction requests and confirm receipt of payments
- Send reminders for outstanding balances
- Upload daily records into CRM and SharePoint
- Monitor CRM reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Answer incoming calls from patients, law firms, and medical record requestors
- Assist in preparation of subpoena questionnaires
- Support billing coordination processes
- Organize and maintain medical and radiology records




- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, or patient coordination role preferred
- Experience working with CRM systems required (SharePoint experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Understanding of legal documentation processes (subpoenas, records requests) preferred
