Role Overview

An Immigration Counselor is responsible for guiding clients about study visa and immigration processes, understanding their profile, and suggesting suitable countries, courses, or visa pathways. The counselor builds trust with clients and helps them make the right decision for their future abroad.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and clients regarding study visa and immigration options
- Evaluate client profile (education, finances, goals, English level)
- Suggest suitable country, college, or visa category
- Explain documentation and visa requirements clearly
- Maintain proper follow-ups with leads and walk-ins
- Coordinate with documentation and filing team
- Keep records updated in CRM/software

Required Skills:




- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Good knowledge of study visa processes (UK/Canada/Australia etc.)
- Confidence in handling walk-ins and calls
- Ability to handle pressure & targets
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge
- Problem-solving and customer-handling ability

Qualification
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience in immigration / education consultancy preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication can also apply
