Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor (Commercial Projects)

Location: Kota, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for commercial construction projects
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labor, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety norms at the site
- Maintain site records including daily progress reports and material usage
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
- Handle site-level issues and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction projects:
- Robust knowledge of civil construction methods and materials




- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good leadership and site management skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
