Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in customers inside the store

Demonstrate and explain product features & benefits

Promote offers, schemes, and new launches

Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets

Maintain product display and visual merchandising standards

Build good relationships with store staff and customers

Collect customer feedback and share with management

Ensure proper stock visibility and availability

Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills

Strong sales and negotiation ability

Presentable and confident personality

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Billing software (if required)

Ability to work in retail store environment

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Experience: 6 months - 2 years in retail / inside sales / promoter role

Experience in electronics or audio brands is an added advantage
