Role Overview

We are hiring Presales Executives with knowledge of the South Bombay real estate market. The role involves client coordination, lead management, and support to the sales team across residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls and enquiries
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures
- Maintain and update CRM data accurately
- Assist in preparing sales reports and client trackers
- Support marketing and site teams during launches and events

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate presales in the South Bombay market.




- Mandatory proficiency in Marathi and/or Gujarati
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
- Well-organised, responsive, and client-focused
