ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Trainer will serve as the backbone of our coaching and transformation ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely execution of coaching sessions, managing coaching operations, and driving coaching effectiveness and transformation support for all coachees. Acting as a bridge between the Head Coach, coachees,



and the organisation, the Coaching Manager ensures that every session translates into measurable outcomes and sustained progress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coaching & Transformation Support
- Ensure timely scheduling and delivery of coaching sessions in alignment with the coaching calendar.
- Provide ongoing support to coachees post-session to reinforce learnings, ensure accountability, and track transformation progress.
- Monitor coaching effectiveness through assessments, reports, and structured feedback mechanisms.
- Build strong relationships with coachees, encouraging commitment to their personal and qualified transformation.

2. Coaching Operations & Program Management
- Manage end-to-end coaching operations, including planning, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Support in the design and execution of training programs, workshops, and events.
- Coordinate with trainers, facilitators
