Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and professionals about Export Import & Digital Marketing courses
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, website leads, and social media inquiries
- Explain course structure, career opportunities, and fee details
- Convert leads into admissions through proper follow-up
- Handle walk-in inquiries and counseling sessions
- Maintain lead and admission records in CRM / Excel
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Solid convincing and counseling ability
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or Export Import (preferred, not mandatory)
- Good follow-up and conversion skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven
